It would be better if you viewed the video tutorial which you can learn in your own time to avoid mistakes. Click on video tutorials at the bottom of your BV builder or jump to video tutorials.

I had the same problem--I actually had to re-read the welcome letter that I received when I signed up with my new domain. There was a link that I could click to get into www.vodahost.com/vbs. From there, I signed in and then clicked into "My Sites" and then "My Domains." Click on the domain name that needs to be pointed, and verify the name servers are correct (they should be on your original welcome letter). Hope this helps! Amy |
