Thread: Need Help with email

Hello,
I can't get my email to work in my add on domain.
I have to do it manually because I have vista.
So here is how I set it.
incoming mail-mail.petguardian4paws.com
outgoing mail-mail.petguardian4paws.com

My main site is: www.tonishealthcafe.com and my email works fine in that site.
My add on domain site is: www.petguardian4paws.com and that is the site were I can't get the email to work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

it also happened to me you have to use
outgoing mail.tonishealthcafe.com
incoming mail.tonishealthcafe.com
and for sure you will get it to work

okay, I will give that a try. But I don't understand if you set up the account for the new email address why that would not work?? hmmm...

Tried it, but it did not work. When I go to my site and send a email or go to the contact page and hit submit..I get nothing in my email box.

Anybody know how to fix this?

I assume you have reviewed and are completely familiar with the Email Setup Tutorials (this helps set the understanding, so it makes it easier to apply the slight 'differences' between the email clients)??

And, I also assume you are using the Wizzard to establish a new email address and protocol?
