I want to transfer my domain to VH, which one should I do to unlock it.
A or B?
A. Transfer Lock for the domain name has been enabled.
B. Transfer Lock fo the domain name has been disabled.

I ask VH to transfer and set up for me. It solves a lot of problem.
You are elibable for one free transfer anyway.
