Thread: Problems in paying by credit card !

I am trying to purchase a new domain to add to my VHD account.

All seems to proceed nicely until I try to pay and I get this message

"Your credit card address is required. We have recently implemented a security setting on credit card transactions which now requires additional information."

Credit card details on screen are correct and they should not be a problem at the bank end (i.e. limit not reached etc).

Is there a problem on VHD end that it wont take the money !?

but what about selecting the ID Protect Option?

Does this then have to happen later so that you firstly pay by credit card for the domain and then after this is set up pay by credit card for the ID Protect Option ?

That link was just for the straight purchase of domain names.
