I purchased my domain name from Vodahost. It was a .ca name. Turns out vodahost setup the account under their contact information, and when the registrar sent them the confirmation information to confirm the domain, they didn't reply or inform me and didn't send me the information to me to do so. Now the domain has expired after being held for a week, and noone will reply to my support tickets! Please can someone put me in touch with someone at Vodahost. :( Paul          |

Bluevoda got back to me today saying they had re-registered the domain name for me. However when i talk to the registrar it is still avaiable. Noone has replied to my support ticket in 12 hours! SOMEONE PLEASE SUPPLY A PHONE NUMBER OR ANYTHING!!! I am getting desperate. |
