Thread: addon domain name not publishing

Hello,
I have a website www.showurart.com, that I had no problem publishing, so I decided to do a new one and purchased an "addon domain" (www.allanewing.com). Everything went well and I received an email saying that my dns pointer had been update and to wait 24 hours. Which I did.
I added it in my CPanel as instructed. (I also made a separate folder for it in my BlueVoda.)
But every time I try to publish it and enter the new username and password I have registered, I have an error 12014 coming up (password error). I tried to delete and re-add my addon domain but it doesn't make a difference....
Can somebody help, please...

Hi, not sure what you mean when using a new user name & password. This will be the same as your 1st site. The only thing different that you will be doing is publishing to public_html/allanewing/
I noticed that there are files already at this domain that have been uploaded. You cant upload BV files, only publish them.
