I have a website www.ptmqatar.com hosted by VH,now i bought new domain and as per video tutorial i did addon domain after that i made seperate folder for new site , i created new page name as index and uploaded on public_folder/pcaqatar ( www.pcaqatar.com my new website) up to now it is ok, but now 24 hrs over , but still imy site is not on web, where i did mistake??
i read that before uploading we should manage account in VH billing, what does it mean and how to do it? i went in billing but there are clearly my two domains are located, please help me in this regards,

You must PUBLISH your index page to your new site.

You have NOT purchsed this domain name pcaqatar.com as I am seeing it as available to purchase through my domain registrar.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
