I recently purchased a new domain from VodaHost Domains: makkodd-fenkodd.com I linked this domain to my package here at VodaHost: oxidesigns.com It worked for about a week or so, but now gives me a DNS error everytime I try to load it. I used the DNS servers ns3.vodahost.com & ns4.vodahost.com |

You need to make an addon domain for the makkodd-fenkodd.com to point to. This way they will both work correctly Karen

Everything is done in order to make this work. Like I said, it was working just fine. Until a week or two before I posted this. There was a change yes, and I've used the new name servers listed too, but no change. Help! |

If it was working OK before the server upgrade then put in a support ticket.

Yes, I thought of trying something before putting in a support ticket. Seems to have fixed it. I think after the upgrade, the DNS entry was lost. Maybe the entry was made during or just before the server upgrade and the record was lost. I just removed the add-on domain and re-added it. Seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks a lot for the assistance everyone. |
