ip Banned by multiple wrong access

Hi, I was trying to test a new FTP account, but set a wrong username several times, as a result, I've got my IP banned, so I can't get to my domine WWW:TRIAX:CL, nor any subdomine. How can it be corrected?.

Put in a support ticket to have them reset the password.

Thanks, but it's not a password issue, I can't open any of my sites,

No because you got blocked out.. put in for a password reset. If they are all on one server.. repeated WRONG attempts will get you locked out.. you will have to get a password reset in order to access them.

make sure to include your IP in the ticket so we can check if your banned.
