hi i have a big problem please some one tell me how can i register a domain name in afghanista?the big problem is this. i don't have credit card here pleeeeeeeeeeeease help me???i really need it

Not sure about the AF registration in Afghanistan. But you will save around $300.00 by going with a .com or similar. Afghanistan seem to be extremely high in price.
