About LinkBacksI already have an account with BV for web hosting.
I am trying to purchase a new domain name, where it asks you if you are a new customer or want to add it to your account, I chose to add it to my account and it simply will not accept my email and password. Should I opt for a new customer?

Yes...I do think you have to choose "add it to my account". Why donīt you check your VH billing email...may be you used a different email and password.
