Thread: Trouble with purchasing domain names

I am on my third try at purchasing a domain, I have no bank account, The credit card I am using is a green dot, pay as you go mastercard, but that's not the problem , the problem is varification. At the end of the process it asks you to varify you purchase by phone, that's cool but the
problem is that I am on 56k dialup and can't answer the phone so the voda computer thinks I am a fraud, or hack or what ever. I just sent yet another ticket to voda host explaining this. Anyone got any ideas how to get around this ???

I work nights 11pm to 7am, sleep in the day oh ya, I am EST it's 7:15 now, sure he can call at 8:30 or 9:00 in the morning depending on his time zone I get up between 3:00pm and 5pm my number is 740-435-8096. I live in Cambridge, Ohio

I have dial up internet access, I can not be online and take phone calls at the same time

I can't that is what i'm having trouble with.

When I use the normal purchasing process it seems to go alright til the end when it wants to call me on the phone to varify the 4 digit it code but I'm on dialup and have no accessable phone.

Sarah told me in a submit ticket that you don't accept green dot debit cards but its a mastercard and it's the same one I used to become a member and obviosly V.H. accepted it.
