Ok the card is a green dot mastercard, in fact it is the very same card I used to join V.H. , the card seems to go through perfectly untill the end of the transaction were it gives me a 4 digit code and instantly calls my phone for varification, that don't work because I am on 56k dail up, yes I feel like I am the only person left who is still using such old technology.
