Thread: help with transfer

Hi, as you told me I asked support to change my main domain to www.quatrefeuilles.info
All things they asked me have been done but the transfer doesn't work.
They told me that the DNS pointers are pointing to my account, so I can start uploading to it.
The problem is, I don't know what this means: What and how do I have to upload? When I ask them, they don't answer, that's why I try this way.
When the new domain is replacing the main domain, I only have to change all links in the website isn't it?

then you should now publish any required pages to this website.

When transfer has been done as you say, why don't I see the indexpage of my website?

As David said, you simply need to republish your pages to the new address.

It's important to publish not upload, and yes, you'd need to change links to the new address.

Hi, I am sorry, but I must do something wrong. I still don't see the index page. I published as you said, (like I published the old website pages). Are you sure that the main domain is now quatrefeuilles.info or still quatre-feuilles.info ?

The new address doesn't work; you're right--and the old one still does. I'm not sure if there's a period of time before you "go live" with the new address. You may wish to contact support, using the same support ticket as before (unless it got closed). If you start a second ticket you tend to get placed last in line.

Thanks . It is very difficult to get a response with the support ticket, thats why i try this way. Its now taken more than a week... Finally i got an answer this morning, but I don't know what it means:
I have resubmitted the transfer, transfer number 36186173.
The DNS pointers are pointing to your account, so you can start uploading to it.
What do I have to do exactly?
