Thread: new site doesn't show after transfer

Bonjour,
I transferred to VH and trying to publish my new site, but the old one is still showing up. I published the index page (which does show in CP panel public_html). What am I doing wrong? I received an e-mail that the domain sansparure.com was successfully transfered to VH.

It was probably still proprogating..its working now.

Hi Jacqueline .. log into your vbs billing and change the dns .. name servers to point to voda host .. you can find the information to log in there and the url to do so, in your voda host account informational letter .. you will use your email and password to log into vbs .. different than control panel ..

Found it all, thanks. However, i can change the other domain I own (herbavie.com) but I cannot change sansparure.com it is not blue to click on so to say.
