Thread: add on domain...

Hi there,

i have a website www.1800vpaint.com.au and i added another domain into my hosting account www.1800vpainters.com.au and it perfectly redirects it to my main home page but the question i have is....would i be able to creat 1800vpainters.com.au/commercial.html so when i click on that url it takes me to www.1800vpaint.com.au/commercial.html instead of home page....i hope i was clear in my question...

Finaly .......i sorted out...

You have to buy the NewDomainName and once it is registered you need to goto cpanel and add it as an add-on Domain.

Once the above is done a new Folder or directory is automatically added to your "public_html".

You will then have to publish your pages to "Public_html/NewDomainName"

If you did not buy your new domain then you can only create a "Sub- Domain" which has to be created from your cPanel.

Your sub-domain url will look like the following:

www.newdomainname.1800vpaint.com.au/

Remember every domain has to have an "index" page published first before you can find it on the internet.
