We have transferred our domain name to be hosted on BlueVoda. According to a message I read in the site, the registration for the name is now registered with BV and has been extended for one year. Can you verify this please? We have received an invoice from our former hosting company (*******) that we will be invoiced for another year's registration through them. You will need to login to your VBS billing and verify this.. and then put in a support ticket. We cant help you with this on the forum Karen
