Hi I have purchased a new domain(www.be.in) through vodahost to ad to my account. after payment and receiving the payment successful email, I recieved and email as follows: The domain name you have chosen is all ready in use. You need to choose a new domain name in order for us to activate your account. Please click on the link below and play around with our domain name search tool until you find a domain name you like: http://www.vodahostdomains.com/ after I open this page, I am required to log in, but I have NO idea what my login details are, I have tried my client ID, and also my cpanel login details. Another thing happened, I don't know if it is related. Since about the same time I received the above email, my original domain stop working http://www.mimeye.com PLEASE HELP P.S even if I ping the IP it fails: 208.43.222.137          |

Its generally your email address when you joined and you can reset the password there. Its on your welcome email as well at the bottom. Karen

Thank for reply Karen. I gave it a try, but the Login ID field only accepts 20 chars and my email is jannie.pieterse[at]gmail[.]com Any Idea what happens to the funds that were deducted from my Credit Card for the new domain. and Why my original domain now fails? |

I see on VBS that the new Domain be.in has a status of canceled.
