Thread: public problem for my new add on domain

Hi

I hope someone can help me here, i am lost in space!

I have several domains at bluevoda. The main is bellasoledesign.com

Then i am now using and designing yesmodeller.com, this is working fine public it (public_html/yesmodeller.com)

Then i buy a new one from bluevoda thenorwegianbeauty.com
I have add it on cpanel and made a new folder with this name, made a new index page. But i can not public it!!

I have try "public_html/thenorwegianbeauty.com" as i do at yesmodeller.com. But then i get ERROR: 550
Then i try only: public_html and it does public but when i go to www.thenorwegianbeauty.com I only get: Index of/

I am really lost, please help

You have to add all your new or other domain names in "Add-On Domain"
first and a new folder will be automatically created in public_html under the names of the new domains that you added.

The new folders represent your new websites under your new domain names
or public_html for your new domains.

To publish type "public_html/newdomain"

Each new domain must have their own index pages.

I have add all my domains in cpanel on "add on domains" but i dont have any folder in "public_html" I have to write it manual everytime. bellasoledesign.com is the main domain in bluevoda so everything that only public in "public_html" goes there. My add on yesmodeller.com I public in "public_html/yesmodeller.com" (manual) and that workes perfect. But my new domin thenorwegianbeauty.com does not go on "public_html/thenorwegianbeauty.com"

When I publish thenorwegianbeauty.com in only "public_html" you can fined it on bellasoledesign.com website

I get ERROR:550 if i try "public_html/thenorwegianbeauty.com"

But i dont have any automatic folder in "publich_html" on my domains

Everyone has a index.bvp file

Please what is wrong here??

You shouldnt have to CREATE it manually, when you create the ADDON correctly in cpanel it should also create the folder. This is the problem.

delete the folder you created and then go to ADDON domains and create it correctly.

I have add them twice now and it is still the same problem. They have put thenorwegianbeauty.com as my main domain when it is bellasoledesign.com that is the main. I am confused and getting tired of this not working

Now i try to remthenorwegianbeauty.com add on domain but got this error: Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you do not control the domain thenorwegianbeauty.com

and the support do not answere me on mail :(

I want to scream, I should have this website up and running days ago!!
