Thread: Nameserver help?

Hi

I recently transferred my exisiting domain name from 123-Reg and the transfer was confirmed 5 days ago. I have just come to realise that I have to personally change the nameservers in my VBS account and also at 123-Reg. I have changed these is my VBS but when I try to do the same at 123-Reg I get the following error message.

Nameservers for lessaisonsavignon.com were not changed to
ns1.voda36.com and ns2.voda36.com
Error text: Authentication Error.

Can anyone offer any advise please. I know I should contact 123-reg but this is easier said than done and one reason I am transferring.

Well if you have transferred and its complete you shouldnt NEED to do anything at the other domain name server. If its still in process.. you will have to contact them.
