I know pointing a domain name from ******* to my BV hosting account is not the same as transferring the domain name, but how many domain names can be pointed to BV?
Also if a domain is pointed to BV changing the DNS info etc.. how does it work to build the new website and publish to it? What happens in Cpanel. I've watched the tutorials but am totally lost.

If you transfer it.. you still have to point it to the server.. so theres no difference there.. just where u log in to control it..is the difference

In cpanel.. you first must create an ADDON domain.. it makes a folder and this is where you publish your site. You just continue pointing your domain names to the same vodahost server and the cpanel handles the rest provided that you created it as an addon. Spelling etc must be exact.
