I have just tried several times to purchase 2 new domain names. However before purchasing the instructions ask for my email & password, which i enter & it keeps coming up incorrect email or password. I'm sure i'm not doing anything wrong, but i must be. I even tried another email address & password that i have, to no avail. Any advise? When i first signed up with Voda, I didn't use my 'free domain name' because i had already purchased a domain & just transferred it to Voda, and didn't imagine i would need another domain name. Put in a support ticket for the free domain. We cant help you here with that. Its looking for the email and password you used to sign up for your account with.. or your vbs login info. Karen
