login to vodahost.com/modernbill/ Pay your accounts up.. most the time its reactivated in a couple of hours.. if not put in a support ticket. Karen

I checked billing....I made payment 2009-01-28....Renewal due 2012-01-28....Now what?

Did you also renew the domain name? theres two parts.. hosting.. and the name.. So.. which did you renew? Put in a support ticket if you cant find the billing due.. Karen

Well, I renewed my Host but not my Domain Name....Now I have lost my domain name....What do I do to get a new name? Why can't it be easy, why not have it both on one bill? Mike |

Because they are two seperate entities. Domains have to be under a registrar. Hosting under a hosting company. Think up a new domain name or see if you can buy the old one.. type it in and purchase. Karen
