Your Internet provider (or ISP) just gives you the line if you will to the outside world. Vodahost is a Website Hosting Company and they have provided us with Bluevoda, a free bit of software to help us build a website. Bluevoda can not be published to any other hosting company.

Some ISP's give their customers web space for a website. I assume that is what kat is talking about. Nonetheless, as per Darrens answer about BV, you can only publish to Vodahost servers.
