I have http://tajasiberians.net as my main domain with tajasiberians.com pointing to it. Recently I started a second venture doing graphic design for show dogs and show kennels. I have had a page on my kennel site to advertise this but now I want a stand alone site. I purchased the domain tajasvanillamoon.com to use as a stand alone site for the graphic design site. Now I am a little lost.
I tried to follow the directions on the forum to point the new domain correctly in my billing area and it shows the domain as new but doesn't show me anyplace to change anything with it. When I click on the domain name it says an error message and that it can't be found. Is this just a delay while the domain name is being purchased? How long before I am able to work with the new domain name and get it up and running?

If you bought from VodaHost you can use the add on domain.

You don't have to buy a domain from Vodahost to use it on your Vodahost Account. Simply change the name servers of the domain to those given to you by VH when you originally set up your account. Login into your control panel and add the domain in 'addon domains'. This process can take upto 24 hours.

I bought it through Vodahost and it has already resolved itself. It just took a few minutes before it appeared on my Cpanel and I was then able to get it pointed correctly and get it published.
Patience just isn't one of my virtues. :o)
