If its available from a domain registrar then yes. You may have to purchase it from a foreign registrar tho Karen

Yes it is possible if it is available. If VodaHost does not have .pt available, you can buy it from somewhere else and from their cPanel allocated to you, point the Domain to your VodaHost Hosting servers once you signed up.
