Hi, it states that in your customer support:
"When we, at VodaHost, register a domain name on your behalf you are the owner of the domain name and have full and complete control over it's use, content and information. It is only stored in our database.
"

However, when I whois my domain name (www.koondigital.com), the information states that the registrant is Vodahost, under Brad Costello.

I also know that you have a feature "ID protect", however I have not subscribed to that.

Can you please clarify on this issue? That why does not the domain name registered under my name? Thank you.

You need to login to vodahost VBS and change the ownership etc there..etc You own it, its just by default goes to Brads Name etc..
