Hi everyone, I have a couple different websites I am working on and I had them all listed as add-on domains.

I was working on some of them this weekend and everything was fine. However, I just tried to visit the sites and I keep getting a Page Load Error "The browser could not find the host server for the provided address."

My main site (mytbcgroup.com) seems to be working fine, though.

BUT, for example - pinesexecutivepark.com and syrinxrock.com are two of my add-ons that are not even coming up. When I checked the add-on directory in CPanel, it says that "No Addon Domains are configured."

Can anyone please help!?!

Hi again,

I put in a support ticket, but they just referred me to the video on how to addon a domain.

I already understand that process - the domains have been up and running for a couple months now - my problem is that all of a sudden they are not listed in CPanel and are not displaying properly - citing a problem with the servers.

Can anyone help me?
