Default register new name server help

Hello, I purchased a domain name from BV and added it on to my existing account.
My primary domain name is alexanderhitek.com my added domain name is police-ole.net

I published a testing index page for police ole, and although publishing was successful, blue voda page shows up instead of the index page. I believe I have put the correct name servers in my case is ns1.voda25.com and ns1.voda25.com in my VBS account, but i have not done anything where it says change the name server as i have no clue what to do.There are very precise video tutorials as to how this is done when a domain name is registered elsewhere, mine is bought and registered on BV and I cannot find any guidance on this. So any help is much appreciated. Cheers

second one should be ns2.voda25.com
Its pretty much the same procedure..

VBS, My packages, My domains click on the domain you want to manage, delete the 5 servers in there and put your two in

Hi Karen, yes the second one is ns2, I just typed it in error here, I have already done this but there is another section under domain utilities in VBS which is "register name server" should i be filling any of the fields there? and if so what? Unless my problem is tha tI registered and added and transferred the domian name today and it is too soon for index to show up?

why would you need to register a new domain server? Its already in the list of your domains to manage no?

3) After your purchase is complete, you must configure the name servers of your purchased domains.
This will point your domains at the correct VodaHost server. This is done in your VBS account.

Just wondering about what I have underlined above, not sure if i have covered that

Thats where you add the ns1.voda25.com

Last time i checked.

I dont have domains registered in VBS so.. I dont know about configuring the NEW NAME Server..but if its in the list thats all you should need..

Put in the support ticket.. i think its a cpanel issue.
