I can't access my website via my domain (topshelfuk.com) but I can with my temporary domain (http://75.126.104.131/~topshel1/). Can you tell me how to change from the temporary domian to my normal domian.

You need to go into your domain area & point it at your VH server. If this has already been done? it can take up to 48 hours to propagate.
