Thread: I can not do addon

My site is www.viatatasanatoasa.com. I bought three days ago a programefree.com domain. I tried to make addons to my CP. I filled out correctly but I get the message: Error from domain wrapper: Domain already exists, it was note added.: programefree.viatatasanatoasa.com. What should I do to solve this problem? Thank you very much!

Have you been to your VH domain/billing area & pointed the new domain at your server.

In this situation what I need to do:
1. I pay for a new hosting site programefree.com?
2. I can use the same hosting for www.programefree.com and www.viatatasanatoasa.com?
3. I can solve this problem do the viatatasanatoasa.com addon?
4. possibly the other?

If both sites are yours you do not need another account. Go to your CPanel and click on "AddOn Domains"
Follow instructions.
Go to your new domain name and "point" it to your server.
Publish to:
public_html/programfree

Hi, This happened to me the other day. I got support ticket and they fixed it. Not normally something that should happen I believe.
