Thread: Can't publish to ABVFP

Hi

I finally got the domain names changes and uploaded all files. everything appears to be OK with the exception of the errorpage and thank_you page. When I try to publish them in public_html/ABVFP I get the following:

An Internet error has occurred
200 TYPE is now 8-bit binery
227 Entering Passive Mode (IP address here)
533 Can't open that file: Permission denied!

I checked and doubled checked everything plus looked under "Search" here but can't find the answer.

A little more info on this. If I use FTP and physically move my errorpage and thank_you page into public_html/ABVFP/ and then test one of the website pages I can get the error page or the thank_you page BUT I'm missing the background image, nav images, and other images.
If I look at the ABVFP folder in public_html and open the "images" folder I see that the permissions are set to 0000. I believe these should be 0644 but it won't allow me to change them. I get a permission denied.
Anyone know how to fix this? Is this a support ticket issue?

UPDATE: Fixed by Support - no further action required!
