Thread: Issue with add-on domain

Got a new domain, the namerservers are currently being switched.

Trying to do the 'Add-on' thing and get this error..

Error from park wrapper: This wrapper may only be run from the cpanel binary. This setting can be adjusted in Tweak Settings.

Searched the forum and knowledge base and watched the video tutorial.

What is the domain you will be "adding" to your VodaHost account?

What is the Primary Domain Name of your VodaHost hosting account?
You do not create Add-On Domain status for Primary Domains of a hosting account. If you purchased or registered a Domain elsewhere and are not transferring it to VodaHost to be added to your hosting account (and are simply setting it as Primary Domain of Record), you do not create an Add-On Domain for it at all: simply change the DNS/Nameserver info at wherever it resides.

Add-On Domains are created within cPanel only for addtional Domains that will share hosting within a single account with one Primary Domain and an unlimited number of other added (or "Add-On") Domains.

My primary domain is idleather.co.uk, I want to add olschoolmtb.co.uk.
This add-on will run a PHPbb forum and probably a small site relevant to the PHP community.

If you are following the detailed instructions precisely using the cPanel utilities properly and experiencing this issue repeatedly, you will need to Contact Support for a solution, as there is nothing that can be done for you by posting in the Forums.
