Thread: cannot add new domain name in add on (Cpanel)

Hi, Just purchased new domains from voda
changed dns to my existing servers ns9 & ns10
tried to add domain in Cpanel and got this message

Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

Am I missing something or do I have to wait before I can add new domains ?

David, I'm going to guess if you just purchased them, that they aren't showing up yet - can take a couple days.

thanks bethers but I cant even add them at the moment........
I always thought that you had to wait before you could use them but
if you cant add them how can they show up in time ??
Confusing, cause I am just following instructions re the video and other threads.

btw: was not able to install that search prog.......sorry....

Please wait for the DNS to resolve before you add it to your control panel.

Its now been 4 days now and I still cant addon my new domains......

Why can't you add them, click the below...It is very straight forward.

who may have problems with adding new domains.

George, from customer support followed through with my problem and I found
out to my dismay that I was trying to addon a new domain that did not exist........
Check your spelling of your new names.........It was that simple......
