I wanted to purchase another domain name, and I cannot sign into VodaHost. I e-mailed them. Can you help me figure out why this is not working?

When you send any type of email to us or try to conact us via our support form, we call this a "ticket" , each ticket (email) is issued a unique tracking
ID# so we can build a support porfolio on all all our customers and anticipate (try to anticipate) any future needs that they might have.
