I transfered my domain from yahoo to BV. On yahoo I had all info kept private now when I check with who is all info is on display. How can I change this back to private?

I think you'll probably need to submit a support ticket for this.

I tried to get a support ticket and this is what I got " The System Admin has not configured this feature yet." Can someone please advise.

Not sure where you're trying - but submit a support ticket here:

Log into the help center and submit a ticket there (info should be in your welcome email). The feature you need is available, so a ticket is your best direction. If you still have trouble opening a ticket, email to support@vodahost.com and be very specific as to who you are and what you need.
