If you mean to change the domain name associated with your account, i think it is possible within 30 days from account opening. After that period there is a $20 charge. Vodahost please correct me if wrong.
If you mean changing the domain name itself, after registering, then the answer is no. You must simply register - and pay - for another domain name.
