welcome letter/DNS question

Do you get a welcome letter with each domain registration?
I did not get one with the domain vibratingyoursoul-center.com I registered yesterday. Or at least the letter I got did not have any DNS info on it.
Is the normal? And then what DNS info do I use? I went back to the original letter I got a week ago with the other domain and used the DNS info that sarah had sent me. Is this the correct thing to do?
Help please.

Your domain is active, please login to VBS and update your name servers.

But that is my question. Which name servers do I update to?
I am sorry to be so new at this. But I still have that question.

set your addon domain's name server to the same dns of your main domain. and i see you site is already up.
