I am starting a new web, it will be about advertisement, it is a web where viewers can post fro free directly their advert to the column or page which is more appropriate for them.
Do you have any idea, which form I can use to make them log in and then publish their advert without passing through the webmaster?
Your help will be highly appreciated.

Use a blog.....WordPress or the like.....Or...if you are up to it, check out Joomla or phpNuke -- 2 of the coolest CMS features in Fantastico! (in your Control Panel). I would personally opt for the latter....

Just a word of warning. If you run an unmodulated forum or blog you can expect to get a lot of very explicit sex ads constantly. Been there, done that, still bleeding. Sorry but it is the truth. 3's

Actually grampa, there are some very easy solutions to what you mention here, you can install mods that are "anti-botspams" that will stop this spam dead in it's tracks for you .. and not expensive to install either ...
totally worth it!!

My website is almost ready, I only need to build a forum ... I don't know how to do that?
How could I build a forum and chat room.

If you go into your control panel and choose fantastico you will find a forum that you can install .. be sure you know what you are doing and do not install it over your own website .. create it's own directory - whether it is an add on domain or if you want to have the forum as part of your domain -
