I have created a contest on my website, with the intention of building my mailing list/database.

I have looked into JV (joint venture), but don't have an actual ebook to sell.

I do not want to buy a mailing list, for fear of spamming.

Is there a way to generate traffic to my site, so they see the contest?

For instance, are there websites, that's sole purpose is to list contests? Specifically ones that do not require a high cost to advertise this?

I have spent hours researching under different keywords. I would like to hear if anyone has ideas that I just could not think of.
