Can I set up a ringtone delivery business on my BlueVoda??
If yes can someone recommend a ringtone software which can be installed on Bluevoda?

NO

Your best bet would be to consult with your vendor/supplier of authorized products for their suggested cart/foundation, for then you would be more assured of being capable of complying with their stipulations as well as have a reliable website foundation to do business with.
