Could sokeone pklease tell me the code for doing this

I wouldlike my site to have the capabuility to respond to passwords and username input speified by the user. I need it to check the database and see if the username and password mach, if it does i need it to allow the member acsess to the site when acceped s clicked

The code is not as simple of the code to send an email.

There is the route of a password protected directory, which can be created in cpanel, but your users won't be able to make their own account with a script like I have available in the signature below.
