Thread: Is Web CEO 7.0 any good

Does anyone know if Web CEO 7.0 is any good?

I got the free download and tried it out, and was a bit shocked.

The Web CEO Keyword search there were only 10 searches worldwide for my keyword phrase, but when I used the Google Keyword tool it showed 14,800 keyword phrase searches for February, which works out at around 528 searches a day!

That's a huge difference, so I could do with some advice.

I havent looked at the new one.. however, are you sure you are comparing *****s and oranges. CEO establishes a rating value versus how many searches etc on that keyword. It might be a tad confusing what you are really looking at and how to interpret it. On the other hand are you sure google is telling you there were that many searches.. or there are that many pages listing that keyword?

Web CEO v. 7 is a reliable tool that continues to perform. As mentioned, it does take a bit of familiarity to truly interpret the data properly, and it does take some effort to matriculate your "knowledge" of optimization beyond the simple principles .... and often you will find a glaring dissimilarity between tools and how they construct values and reported data (meaning Google has it's own way of confusing things, just to keep things skewed back to their toolbox and dastardly manner of holding you pretty much hostage to their schemes to make money off you).

The more you refine your "SEO" expertise, the more useful tools (like Web CEO) will become to you, and invariably you will end up with 3 or 4 personal favorites.
