Thread: i cant recieve email in outlook

i can send emails from outlook but i cant recive them in outlook. iget this error message ( log onto incoming mail server. (pop3) the specified server was found but there was no response from server. please verify that the port and ssl information is correct) then it tells me how to access these settings. i have set up my email through horde and i recieve my emails there but not in outlook. thank you my domain name is krazieartmusic.com i dont know what my account id is sorry

i fixed it it was my virus software
