Thread: Jmmed Email

I don't know if anyone has had this problem or can help me to resolve it but I think someone may have sent me a large file as my email has jammed and won't download, it gets stuck half way through. Is there a way that I can stop it or remove it somehow? Of course it may not be this at all so any advise would be much appreciated as I can't get my mail!

login to your control panel and delete and re-create the email account, its the only way to flush it out.
