Thread: email account

Hi,
I have my domain hosted in Aust and have set up an account with voda. I have directed my domain to voda no problems but I can't get the emails right. HELP
I have watched the videos several times and have set up my email in the control panel and outlook as I think it should be, when I click test account settings in outlook the only thing that does not work is "send test email message". I get "The specified server was not found...." Can you please help me with what I have done wrong.

Your ISP might be blocking port 25, give them a call, ask them what details you will need to use to send emails out.
