Thread: Email Confused

I have gone thru tutorials and am still lost. My thinking is that I am going to set up email accounts so customers can "contact me" through them. When I've gone thru tutorials they discuss how to set them up under CPanel (mine is blank) and then how to configure them to Outlook, Incredimail etc.

I found nothing about using the email accounts in my website, and frankly don't know where to begin. Would someone pls. tutor me through this?
