    Exclamation e-mails "Giving up on 74.52.103.210" ??

    Need some guidance please.

    The e-mails for the second site below, www.ftaaconsulting.com were transferred last week and setup in Outlook per the tutorial -all worked fine with Outlook and blackberries. However a few days back, some e-mails would not reach the intended recipient or would appear (repeated 5 or 6 times) in their blackberries and not appear in Outlook.

    A third party trying to send one of the users an e-mail, later copied the note below and sent to a different address not associated with www,ftaaconsulting.com (comma on purpose)

    74.52.103.210 does not like recipient.
    Remote host said: 451 Could not complete sender verify callout
    Giving up on 74.52.103.210.

    I thought it might be the ISP, in their case BellSouth, however only two users are affected. I also disabled the SpamAssassin. Since I am preparing to start another page for the same group, I'd like to make this work for them. Any ideas will be appreciated.

    Maybe the recepients box was full or the recepient is on a dirty IP, There are dozens of reasons why a email can not be delivered.

    If they are getting the same email 6 times, this means that there email software is is having issues and spurting out multiple copies.

    I had the same issue on one of my boxes with outlook last month, I reinstalled it and it worked fine.
