Thread: cant log in

I set up my email account, and can send mail form outlook express using it. However a login box keeps popping up to access my mail server, which does not accept my pop mail password, as printed on my welcome letter. This is after repeated attempts. Whether I click O.K or cancel, the window keeps popping up without granting me access.
Also, (of secondary importance) is it not possible to reaname our primary email?When I send an email from 'info' it comes across as the primary account which is a bundle of letters which dont make sense.
