Thread: Emails Question

I usually get around 15 emails a day and yesterday and today I received none whatsoever. I then got someone to test it and nothing. I did receive an email saying my message box was getting full a week or so ago, so I deleted some, does this not empty them completly or could there be a problem?

Paul, I'd go into the web-based account and make sure it isn't full - deleting some will not empty it completely. If that's not it - let us know.

And I sent you the other pages yesterday - let me know if you got them?

Your email might be clogged, try deleting and recreating the account in your control panel.

I think I missed something somewhere.....I know the send rate is 200/hr, but what is the storage capacity for our standard email aliases/webmail accounts? (5mb? 10mb? 100mb?)

Using Outlook or Outlook Express (POP3) helps to allieviate any such issues, as your email is automatically downloaded onto your system.
Manually logging into your account webmail, however, will require you to regularly monitor your account status with regard to capacity......

The storage capacity of each email account is defined by you when you create the account.
